Additional Guests:

• Quoted rates are for double occupancy (two persons). 
• Additional guest charges apply if more than two guests (ages 7 and older) are present.
• Children of the guest, ages 6 and younger stay free!
• Additional guest charges will apply for children who's parents are not present during their stay at Bella Luna.

$25 per night for each addtional guest.

This charge applies if more than two guests (ages seven and older) are present, at any time, during your stay.

• Minimum Age: You must be 25 years of age, or accompanied by an adult parent, in order to rent/use Bella Luna.
• Maximum occupancy is six (6) guests.  We may be able to accomodate slightly larger groups with very small children.  Please contact us before attempting to book your stay if you have more than six guests.
• Rates are based upon two-person occupancy.  Additional guest charges will apply if more than two guests (age seven and older) are present during your stay.
• A two-night minimum stay is required. If requesting a Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday weekend stay, both nights will be charged at the weekend rate.
• A three-night minimum stay is required for all holiday weekends.
• All holiday stays are charged at the peak season weekend rate.
• Peak season weekend rates apply December 22nd through January 1st.
• The night prior to the following holidays is subject to peak weekend rates: New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• A six percent (6%) lodging tax will be added to the above rates.
• Full payment, for your stay, is required at time of reservation.
• Please review our Rental Rules & Policies, as well as, our Hot Tub Rules & Policies.
• No Smoking! - Smoking is not allowed inside Bella Luna; on any of the porches, decks or balcony; or in the hot tub. Absolutely no discarding of cigarette butts anywhere on the property.  Please review our Rental Rules & Policies.
• No Pets! - At no time are Pets allowed inside Bella Luna or on the grounds.  Please review our Rental Rules & Policies.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM or later on the day of arrival.  Early check-in may be possible.  Please contact us to confirm availability.
• Check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM, no exceptions.  We cannot accomodate late check-outs as we need time to prepare Bella Luna for our next guests.
